Requisitos Requirements
High School Diploma or Technical Degree (Relevant certifications are a plus)
Proven experience in building construction, with a focus on commercial projects.
Strong experience in concrete, finishes, and general site construction.
Ability to manage a team, ensuring high productivity and quality workmanship.
Excellent understanding of safety protocols, procedures, and building regulations.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage on-site challenges effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
