Location: El Conquistador Hotel, Fajardo, Puerto Rico
Restaurant: Cutz Steakhouse
Prepare and cook a variety of menu items following established recipes and presentation standards.
Operate kitchen equipment including fryers, sauté pans, ovens, and grills with precision and care.
Contribute to both hot and cold stations, including sauces, sides, and main dishes.
Ensure food quality, taste, and consistency while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation.
Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating ingredients and supplies.
Follow all health and safety regulations and kitchen protocols.

Requisitos - Requirements
Proven experience as a cook in both hot and cold kitchen environments (minimum 2 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques including frying, sautéing, baking, and plating.
Familiarity with Latin and Caribbean cuisine is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
