The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing a wide range of administrative tasks in support of the Office and the team.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare itineraries, plan logistics, and travel arrangements for Executive and the team. Performs general administrative and clerical functions. Assists with the planning and execution of corporate events and activities, including, but not limited to conferences and staff events. Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries; prepares outgoing mail, including UPS, FedEx, and certified mailings. Maintains Office efficiency by handling office inquiries, such as supply requests, general repairs. Assist with new hire onboarding. Assist with other administrative tasks, including completion of surveys, forms, questionnaires, and other data requests.

Requisitos - Requirements
Education: BA or GED required
Experience: Requires 3 to 5 years of prior professional experience in a general office setting
Skills: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are preferred for this position. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks, strong attention to detail. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Manage complex office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment and initiative
