Requisitos - Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (PE required; Master’s Degree is a plus)
5+ years of experience in a similar role (Construction Superintendent, Project Manager, etc.)
Expertise in concrete, rods, and building construction
Strong knowledge of local safety, quality, and health regulations for construction sites
Proficiency in reading construction plans and specifications
Solid understanding of construction operations and processes
Familiarity with CAD software and MS Office tools
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Strong leadership and communication abilities
