Requisitos - Requirements
Bachelors' Degree in Accounting or Human Resources. Proficiency in MS Office 365/CoPilot. Knowledge about payroll software and processes, preferably in ADP. Good oral and written communication in Spanish and English. Basic labor law knowledge. Great customer service skills. Excellent attendance and punctuality track record. Availability work extended hours when required, specially during weather emergencies to complete payroll processes.
