We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to oversee a specific section of our kitchen. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation, ensuring consistency and quality, and supporting the Head and Sous Chef in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to the highest standards.
Manage and train junior staff.
Ensure consistent food quality and portion control in line with company guidelines.
Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef with menu development and planning.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workstation according to food safety and hygiene standards.
Monitor inventory and stock levels for your section; report shortages promptly.
Ensure all equipment and kitchen tools are properly used and maintained.
Work collaboratively with other chefs and departments to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Adapt to busy service periods and assist in other sections as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen.
Culinary qualification or equivalent hands-on training.
Strong understanding of food hygiene, health & safety regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and de
