Join a team that helps Medicare-eligible individuals find the right coverage. We're looking for customer-oriented professionals to provide guidance over the phone, assisting with insurance options and enrollments.
Location: San Juan, PR
Pay Rate: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour
Hours: 32–40 hours per week | Shifts scheduled between 7:00am and 10:00pm CST
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming and outgoing calls to support insurance enrollment
* Match customers with plans that suit their needs
* Accurately complete forms and maintain call documentation
Requisitos - Requirements
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* At least 3 months of experience in a call center or related role
* Flexibility to work rotating shifts between 7:00am and 10:00pm
