KW is seeking an ambitious and motivated individual to be the Agent Services Coordinator. This candidate is a customer service and people-oriented team player that can grasp onto new concepts quickly and is constantly seeking new opportunities to build, implement, and manage multiple systems. You will work closely with the leadership team to manage data, track results, create new training ideas, and support agents in growing their businesses. This position will assist the office with the agent's intake and exit processes and will be seen as the go-to person for all the agents within the Market Center.

Candidate is a tech-savvy individual, embraces social media and masters our technology confident enough to teach it to others.

- Fully bilingual
- Bachelor’s Degree in Office Systems or Marketing
- Real Estate Knowledge is a plus
