KW is seeking an ambitious and motivated individual to be the Agent Services Coordinator. This candidate is a customer service and people-oriented team player that can grasp onto new concepts quickly and is constantly seeking new opportunities to build, implement, and manage multiple systems. This position will assist the office with the agent's intake and exit processes and will be seen as the go-to person for all the agents within the Market Center. This position requires a problem solver, with a strong sense of urgency, and excellent time management and organizational skills. They are energetic, passionate, have strong communication skills and naturally connect with others. Candidate is a tech-savvy individual, embraces social media and masters our technology confident enough to teach it to others, managing the onboarding of agents into our rapidly growing company.
