The Client Manager is responsible for maintaining and developing the strategic flow and positioning of all communication and data to and from the Client, including all company departments. They serve as the main point of contact for the organization’s Clients. Client Managers must ensure that all sales, products and services development, creative marketing, financial, customer service, and data/reporting for all Client programs are communicated and coordinated with all divisions and associates.

• Prior employment with Benefit Consulting firm, or Insurance Broker is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 to 4 years managing care/indemnity sales, client management and/or
underwriting experience with solid broker/consultative selling, negotiation and persuasive
•Appropriately licensed (Life, Disability, Health and other Broker’s License)
