Join our team at the new restaurant and entertainment venue – Cuts Steakhouse at El Conquistador Hotel – Fajardo, Puerto Rico. We are hiring experienced, fully bilingual (English and Spanish) Bartenders. Great full and part time opportunities.
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bartending and providing exceptional customer service in a restaurant or catering setting.
Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Upsell drinks and promote specials to increase sales |
Requisitos Requirements
Skills
Proficiency in bartending techniques and drink preparation
Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Strong customer service skills to engage with patrons effectively
Familiarity with basic math for handling payments
Experience with sales techniques to promote beverages
Understanding of food safety practices in a bar setting
