Extra Realty is looking to interview candidates to assist with general office duties from Monday thru Friday, 9:00 am - 2:00 pm or 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm (with potential for more hours) in Isla Verde, Carolina, PR. Duties may include, but not limited to, answering the phone, making calls to various clients and/or vendors, scheduling appointments, following up with appointments, placing adds online, creating files, filing, writing real estate reports under supervision (would be trained). BPO and/or real estate experience is a must! Starting in ASAP. Starting rate: $9.00/hr with potential for bonuses.

Candidates are expected to: be FULLY bilingual (written and spoken), have pleasant and professional phone manners, have excellent typing and computer skills (MS Office, Internet, Cloud-based platforms, etc.) be comfortable wearing uniform, have own car (off-street parking), live close to Carolina, be a team player, be organized, be punctual, with desire for professional growth.
